How It Works
Submit your request and let us help you find the book you need. Here is how our Book Finder Service works, from your initial request to receiving your book.

Complete the form below with the book title, author and preferred format. Include the ISBN or edition, if known. Submitting a request is free, and you are not committing to a purchase.

We check your details and assess whether the book can reasonably be sourced. We will inform you of the applicable search fee before proceeding. Standard searches cost K50. Complex requests requiring additional work may cost more, but we will obtain your approval before charging anything extra.
Free initial reviewPay the Search Fee
Once you approve the fee, pay before the search begins. The K50 fee covers the search service only, not the book itself. It is non-refundable, even if we cannot locate the requested book. We will notify you of the outcome.

If we find the book, we will send you a quotation showing its price, any applicable sourcing or import charges, delivery costs and estimated fulfilment time. You can review the full cost before deciding whether to purchase. Finding a book does not obligate you to buy it.

If you purchase through Zambian ARTS Publishing House, your K50 search fee will be deducted from the final order total. You pay the remaining balance, and we arrange delivery or provide access to the eBook where legally available. Delivery times and availability depend on the source.

Free Request and Initial Review
Submitting your request and having our team review it costs nothing. You only pay once your request has been reviewed and you are ready to proceed with the search.
K50 Search Fee
The standard search fee is K50 per request. Payment must be confirmed before the search begins. Any additional charges for complex searches will be disclosed and approved by you in advance.

Once the search has commenced, the K50 fee is non-refundable, even if we are unable to locate the requested book. The fee covers the search service, not the purchase of the book.
Your Fee Counts Towards Your Purchase
If you choose to purchase the book through Zambian ARTS Publishing House, the K50 search fee will be deducted from your final order total. You will only need to pay the remaining balance.
Book Price and Other Charges
The cost of the book is separate from the search fee. Any applicable sourcing, import and delivery charges will be included in your quotation before you decide whether to purchase.
